Haunted Dinner Party

This Year Trevor and I decided to host a Dinner Party for our family to celebrate the Spooky season. It was so fun, to get both our families together for the first time since the wedding. Since our families are both so big, it can be pretty difficult with everybody's schedule. Everybody helped to make the dinner party a success! We were in charge of the desserts, my Mom & Dad made heir famous chicken chili, Pam brought the most delicious Pulled Pork Sliders, and made the adorable halloween cake pops, Sandy made her chili rice dish, Kelly made finger cookies, and fruit sangria, and Allison made the cutest paper cones for my kennel corn! It truly was a feast for the eyes (and for our tummies).

For entertainment we held a Costume Contest, and a Pumpkin Carving Contest. The winner for Best Costume was my brother in law Chris, who was dresses as an inmate! (Kiss & Mom tattoos on the neck were a nice touch). In a close second place was Matty D as Tom Cruise in Risky business. (Even Trevor racked up a ton of votes as a Gladiator). My PERSONAL favorite costume had to be Baby Oliver in his Crush the turtle costume. He looked so adorable! I hadn't seen him in a few months, and he sure has gotten BIG! He has 9 teeth, walks, the chubbiest cheeks, and the biggest blonde curls. Baby Christopher looked so cute too in his Ninja costume. He played most of the night with his two new brunette Girlfriends (Gianna & Christina). He loves to play swords, and loves it when you play dead.

We ended the night, huddled around the crackling fire pit, sipping on yummy red wine. It was definitely a SPOOKTACULAR evening
